MISSION:   To recruit, assist and feature young ladies 16 to 19 years of age to serve as contestants in a competition to intensify the traits of womanhood and to instill the values of humility and fairness by providing a quality  experience in recognizing and developing  their natural artistic talent and beauty.

PURPOSE: The Beauty and Talent Pageant is intended to promote and enhance personal, social and emotional growth in our contestants. The Pageant requires the contestants to participate in the group seminars, lectures and social activities as new relationships are developed and the contestants recognize and build their own personal skills.
